Collection of Application Materials 
(The most updated application materials to be submitted are those requested by Chinese partner university at the beginning of each fall term.)
The following forms and items need to be completed or provided by each student:
• Application for Admission
• Student Contract
• Personal Statement of Education Objectives
• Four 2-inch passport-sized photos 
• Two 4 x 6 casual photos of the applicant 
• Application for Keuka Electronic Library
• Admissions Requirements Checklist

Additional application materials to be supplied by applicants

• Copy of high school transcript or highest degree earned and the original English notary document 
• Copy of high school diploma or highest degree and the original English notary document 
• English Proficiency: TOEFL 500 or 60ibt, IELTS 5.0, or CET4 is required prior to graduation.

Acceptance Letter and Student Identification Card
Prior to the first day of class, each accepted student will receive from Keuka College:
• an acceptance letter listing their Keuka College identification number and ITS username and password
• a student photo identification card
